ABOUT - The images on this site The images presented on the Living Myth site show only Helen Norton artworks that have been published as prints by Living Myth, and do not represent the entire body of Helen Nortons original work. The published prints on this site have been selected from various original paintings from between 1996 and 2005 for their general appeal and not necessarily as a representation of ´Helen Norton´ best original artworks. There are 83 different published images on the site, and these images come in various sizes and mediums such as printed works on paper and canvas. For example you might be able to buy the image ´Sniffing Dogs" as either a 36x27cm or 61x46cm canvas print or as a 76x56cm paper print. The ´How to Shop´ tab will help you with the search methods. Background of Cockatoo Gallery - Living Myth Pty Ltd Cockatoo Gallery first opened in Broome at the artists own studio in the early 1990’s. The first Cockatoo Shop opened in Chinatown Broome in 1998 where Helen Norton’s published art images (prints) were sold as well as originals and closed in 2007. Cockatoo Gallery opened in Fremantle in 2003 and closed in 2007. Helen has continued to exhibit in independent original exhibitions nationally and internationally while the Cockatoo Galleries were a good gathering place to stage the sale of published reproductions. Cockatoo Gallery Pty Ltd (now Living Myth Pty Ltd) has to date been the publishing agent for Helen Norton artwork as well as the main retailer of those published works. The website is owned and operated by Living Myth Pty Ltd. .
